Our setup is a bit different because we are located right at the Vasant Oasis site office. We are actually down in the upper basement area, near Makwana Road. It is not your typical corporate office with a view, but it makes sense for Sheth Infra Arena since we need to be where the actual work is happening. The CTS numbers for the plots are 345A 1 to 3 and 345A 5, which is where all the construction activity is centered. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler when the Mumbai sun is beating down outside, though it can get a little dusty with all the trucks moving around. Makwana Road is always packed with traffic, especially with all the new buildings going up in the area. We spend our days coordinating with the site crews and keeping track of the materials coming in. It is a lot of noise and movement, but we have gotten used to it. The office is basically a hub for the project, so there are always people coming in and out with blueprints or delivery notes. We don't have fancy carpets or designer furniture. It is mostly just functional tables and a lot of maps on the walls. It is a practical way to run things because if there is a problem on the site, we can just walk out and see it for ourselves. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep the project moving along.
