We are Sheth Houses Private Limited, and you can find us on the 5th floor of Plot No. 7 in the Hatkesh CHS. We are located in the JVPD Scheme in Ville Parle West. It’s a pretty nice part of Mumbai, and being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area. We’ve been working in the housing and property sector for some time now. Our office is where the planning happens. It’s a professional space but it’s not stiff or corporate. We have our desks, our files, and a whole lot of coffee. We spend most of our time dealing with the details of property management and development. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and making sure everything follows the local rules. We don't really have a sales pitch. We just explain what the projects are and how they’re going. Being in Ville Parle West is convenient for us and our clients. The JVPD area is easy to navigate once you know where the plots are. We have a small group of people working here, and we’ve all been together for a while. It’s a lot of hard work, especially with how the market moves, but we just take it one day at a time. We aren't interested in being the loudest in the room. We just want to make sure the houses we’re involved with are handled properly and things stay on track for everyone involved.
