Sheth Divine Realty Private Limited operates out of the site office at Vasant Oasis. We are down in the upper basement area, specifically around CTS 345A. It’s located on Makwana Road, which can get quite hectic with traffic and people moving around. Since we are right at the site office, we see the work happening every single day. It isn’t a fancy corporate headquarters in a skyscraper. It’s a working office where we keep track of everything going on with the Vasant Oasis project. There are usually blueprints and schedules pinned to the walls. We have a lot of walk-ins from people curious about the construction. We sit down with them right there in the basement office and talk through the details. It can get a bit loud with the building work going on above us, but we don’t mind. It feels real to be right where the action is. We spend our days answering phones and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a busy atmosphere but we try to keep things relaxed for anyone who visits. We don’t go for the high-pressure sales stuff. We just show people what’s being built and answer their questions as best as we can. Being on Makwana Road puts us right in the middle of a lot of development, which keeps things interesting for us every day. We stay busy but it is good.
