We are located over at the Prime Mall on Irla Society Road in Mumbai. The company name is SHETH DEVLABH REAL ESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED and you can find us on the second floor in suite S57A. Being in a mall is a bit different for a real estate office but it works for us. There are always people walking around and it is easy for anyone to find. Irla is a busy neighborhood and there is a lot of activity on the streets outside. We have been here for a bit now. Our address is in Maharashtra, 400056. The office isn't very large but it has enough room for us to handle the daily paperwork and meetings that come with real estate. We spend a lot of time talking about properties and looking at different sites across Mumbai. It is a lot of back and forth, really. Some days are quieter than others when everyone is out visiting sites. SHETH DEVLABH REAL ESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED is just a small team of us working through the lists. The Prime Mall has a lot of shops, so sometimes we grab lunch downstairs. It is a practical location because people know where the mall is. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a regular office where we sit and work. It's a good spot for us and it keeps us right in the middle of everything happening in Mumbai.
