SHERATON TOWNSHIP LLP

We are located on the 10th floor of Pali Palms, right there on 16th Road in Mumbai. If you've ever been near Mini Punjab, you’ve probably walked right past our building without thinking much about it. Sheraton Township LLP is just a small group of us trying to manage real estate projects in this crowded city. Our office has a decent view of the neighborhood, which is nice when things get stressful. Mumbai is a tough place to build anything, with all the rules and the lack of space, but we keep at it. Some mornings the elevator takes forever and we end up chatting with the neighbors while we wait. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here, like coordinating with architects and making sure the permits are in order. It’s mostly phone calls and sitting at computers for us. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a pretty tight-knit team here in Mumbai City. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes projects get delayed, that’s just how it goes in this business. We try to be honest about what’s happening and keep the work moving forward. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about real estate, but it is what we know how to do. Most of us have been in this field for a while now, so we just deal with the problems as they pop up and keep going.
