SHELARCON BUILDTECH INDIA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Shelarcon Buildtech India is a small operation located in Ghatkopar, specifically in Pant Nagar. We work out of Chawl No 16 in the Siddh Rameshwar Rahivashi area. It is near Naidu Colony. If you know Ghatkopar East, you know it is a crowded, busy place with a lot of people always on the move. We are an OPC, so it is a very tight-knit setup. We focus on construction and building technology. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a regular room in a chawl where we keep our files and meet with people. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just tell people what we do and show them our work. A lot of our time is spent out on the field, checking on projects and making sure things are being built right. Living and working in Pant Nagar means we are right in the middle of the community. We deal with local suppliers and workers every day. It is a lot of manual work and checking details. We do not use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to get the construction done properly. The heat in Mumbai can be tough, especially when you are on a site all day, but we are used to it. We have been here at Chawl 16 for a bit now, just doing our daily work and getting things built.
