We are Shaolin Dreams Real Estate & Developers, situated in Bandra East. Our office is in Rehab Building No. 3, unit 1407, right in Shastri Nagar. It's just opposite the Mig Club, which is a big landmark around here. Working in Mumbai real estate is always interesting, and being based in Bandra puts us right in the middle of everything. It’s a busy spot, and there's always something going on with new buildings or people looking for space. Our office isn't very large, but it serves our needs for the paperwork and meetings that come with developing property. We started this because we knew the area well and saw how much it was changing. Shastri Nagar has a lot of history, and we're just one part of the newer stuff happening. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We find land, we plan developments, and we try to get things built without too many delays. Of course, in a city like this, there are always some hurdles with permits or timing. We just take it day by day. You can usually find someone in the office during normal hours, though we are out looking at sites quite a bit. It’s a straightforward operation. We like being in Bandra East; it’s got a good energy and keeps us on our toes. We are just local developers trying to make it work in a big city.
