Shaivik Stapatya Construction Private Limited is located over in Andheri East. Our office is on the third floor of the C building in Chintamani CHS. If you know the area near Vijay Nagar and Shr Road, you have probably passed by us many times. It is a very busy spot in Mumbai, and the traffic outside is almost always loud, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. We are just a group of people who handle various building and construction tasks around the city. Our office is inside a residential complex, so it feels more like a home than some fancy corporate space. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and there is usually a pot of tea going somewhere. The walk up to the third floor keeps us moving since the lift can be a bit temperamental on certain days. We spend most of our time looking at site plans and talking to contractors on the phone. It is not a flashy operation at all. We deal with the usual Mumbai problems like heavy rains during the monsoon that stall our outdoor work and the constant struggle to find parking for our site vehicles. We have been working in this field for a while now, and we just focus on getting the jobs done as they come. There is no big corporate talk here. We just show up, check our schedules, and head out to whichever site needs us. It is hard work, but it keeps us busy.
