Shaista Khalil & Sons Developers Private Limited is located in Andheri West, specifically over in the Versova area. Our office is actually inside Kohinoor Apartment CHS Ltd, at Flat 1301. Being on Yari Road means we are in a very lively part of the city. It is a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We have been here for a while now. The Sons in the name tells you it is a family-run kind of setup. We mostly work on development projects around Mumbai. Versova has a very specific vibe, a bit more relaxed than the rest of Andheri, but still very busy. We are on the 13th floor, so we are away from most of the street noise. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordinating with sites and making sure supplies are where they need to be. It is a lot of coordination. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just a regular apartment space turned into a working area. It is comfortable and it works for us. Most people who come by are friends or people we have worked with for years. We keep things simple and honest. The building is well-known around here, so we are easy to find. It is a good place to do business and stay connected with the local neighborhood while we work.
