We are located in Chembur, over at Raheja Acropolis 2 in building 2B. The office is on the third floor, suite 302. If you know the area, we are quite close to the big Telecom Factory on Ambrosiadeonarpada Road. It is a pretty quiet spot compared to the main market, which helps when we are trying to look over property maps or discuss new sites. We handle various property matters from this room, and it gets quite cramped when the whole team is in. There is always someone coming in to talk about a lease or a sale, and we spend a lot of time on the phone with legal folks. The building itself is decent, and we have been here for a bit now. Sometimes the elevator in building 2B acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the third floor. We aren't trying to do anything flashy here. We just show up, look at the listings, and try to match people with what they need. Chembur has changed a lot lately with all the new roads, and we have seen a lot of that from our windows. Most days start with a quick meeting and then everyone heads off to different parts of the city. It is practical work. We do not have big slogans or anything like that, just a place where we manage properties. It keeps us busy enough through the week.
