We are Shagrikka Import And Export Privatelimited, based out of Andheri West. Specifically, we are in Office Number 5 at Om Sai Co-op Housing Society in Sai Wadi. If you have ever tried to navigate Teli Gali, you know it can be a bit of a maze, but we have been here long enough that we do not mind the chaos. Our work is pretty straightforward—we handle imports and exports. This means a lot of emails, lots of tracking numbers, and making sure the documentation is sorted out for every crate and container. It is a small office, nothing too polished, just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. Mumbai is a tough place for logistics sometimes, especially with the rain and the traffic, but we manage to stay on top of things. We started this because we knew a few people who needed help getting products across borders, and it grew from there. There are no fancy titles or big meetings here. We just sit down, grab some chai, and get to work. Most days go by pretty fast because there is always a deadline for some shipment. We like being in Andheri because everything we need is close by. It feels like a real community here in the housing society. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done and keeping the business moving forward without making things more complicated than they need to be.
