Shabang Fashion Private Limited is based right here in Mumbai, over in the Govandi area. Our place is on the ground floor of Niraj House, which sits on S.T. Road. It is pretty easy to find because we are right opposite the Deonar Depot. Being near the bus depot means there is always something going on outside our doors. It’s a loud, lively part of the city. Inside, we are just a bunch of folks working with clothes. It gets dusty sometimes with all the fabric around, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have any big corporate offices or anything like that. Just a regular ground floor space where we keep things moving. Dealing with fashion in a place like Mumbai City keeps you on your toes. We spend a lot of time checking labels and folding stuff. The 400088 area is where we spend most of our waking hours. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big shipment comes in from the port or another supplier. We usually just grab a quick snack from the vendors nearby and keep at it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just run Shabang Fashion and try to make sure we don't make too many mistakes during the day. It’s just how things go here at Niraj House on the daily.
