We are located in Vikhroli East, specifically in the Balsangita Chs Ltd building. Our address is 210/8346 in Kannamwar Nagar 2. It’s more of a residential neighborhood than a business hub, which gives our office a very different feel. We handle securities and it’s mostly a local operation. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we know many of the people living in the surrounding buildings. The office is really just a simple room with some old desks and a few computers. It’s not flashy at all. There’s a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, and we usually have the windows open to let in some air. Vikhroli is a hardworking part of Mumbai, and we try to match that energy. We aren't doing anything complicated. We just track securities and make sure all the paperwork is filed correctly with the authorities. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign outside. Most people find us through word of mouth. We sit here and drink our tea while we look at the market updates. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it suits us just fine. We like being in a place where we can see kids playing outside or neighbors chatting while we work.
