This is a very busy part of Mumbai, and there are always trucks and cars moving in and out of the estate. It is a real working environment, not some fancy corporate park. We have a decent-sized space where we handle all our property and development projects. It is often a bit messy because we have samples of materials and large drawings lying around everywhere. We do not mind the clutter because it shows we are actually working. Our team is a group of hardworking individuals who have been in this industry for quite a while. We do not have any big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just focus on getting the buildings finished and making sure the paperwork is correct. The noise from the New Link Road is constant, but we have learned to talk over it. Lunch is usually a quick affair from one of the nearby stalls. We like being in Andheri because everything we need is right here. It is a tough, fast-paced business, but we have been doing it long enough to know how to handle the stress. We are just regular people doing a regular job, and we are fine with that.
