S.G.G.M. Constructions Private Limited is located over in Jogeshwari West. We are based in the Ravi Kiran C.H.S., specifically on the 4th floor in Flat No 4/43. The building is right on New Link Road in the Oshiwara area. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Link Road gets at all hours. Being here means we are right in the middle of a lot of development, which is good for a construction company. Our office isn’t a huge corporate suite; it’s just a converted flat where we keep our files and meet with our site supervisors. We’ve been in the 400102 area for quite some time. The building is a bit older, and the elevator can be a little slow sometimes, but it gets us where we need to go. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or talking on the phone to suppliers. We don't have any flashy signs or a fancy lobby. We just focus on the projects we have going on across Mumbai City. It’s a busy, cramped space sometimes, but it’s where all the planning happens. We like being in Oshiwara because it’s close to a lot of our sites. We aren't here to impress people with a big office; we just want to get the buildings finished and keep things moving. It’s a simple, straightforward way to run things. We make it work with what we have and stay focused.
