You can find us in Malad East, right near the busy Shivaji Chowk. Our office is located in Center Plaza on Daftary Road, up on the seventh floor in room 701. Being in this part of Mumbai means there is never a quiet moment. The noise from the traffic and the station nearby is something we have just learned to live with over the years. We handle building and development work under the name Sethia Estate. The office itself is pretty functional. We have got some chairs for visitors and a lot of cabinets filled with blueprints and legal documents for the 400097 area. It is a small team here. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls to site supervisors and vendors. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on getting the projects done. Sometimes the elevators in Center Plaza take forever, so we end up chatting with the other folks who work in the building while we wait. It is a good way to know what is happening in the neighborhood. Mumbai real estate is a lot of work and involves a mountain of paperwork, so we spend most of our time just making sure every form is signed and every plan is followed. It is a bit hectic, but it is what we do, and the view from the seventh floor is actually not too bad.
