Setconnect E-Commerce & Multiservicesprivate Limited is based in Andheri East, Mumbai. We are over at Jeena House, on Plot No 170 in Om Nagar. This is just off the Pipeline Road, which is a very busy area. There’s always a lot of noise from the traffic and people walking by. Our office is a simple space where we handle a mix of e-commerce and other services. It’s not very big, but we make it work with what we have. We’ve got a few computers and a lot of paperwork. Dealing with multiple services means we are always switching between different tasks. One minute we are looking at online orders, and the next we are helping someone with a service request. It keeps us on our toes. The team is small, just a handful of us who live nearby. We don't have a corporate dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get the job done. Sometimes the internet is a bit patchy, so we have to wait for things to load. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big offices or fancy language. We just provide services that people need. Being near Pipeline Road means we have plenty of places to grab a quick bite during the day. It’s a busy, sometimes chaotic place to work, but we like the energy of Andheri East. We just keep moving forward.
