Sereno Realtors Private Limited

Our shop is Number 24 in the Godavari CHS building. It’s over in Shantivan, Borivali East. If you live around here, you know it’s a busy little pocket of the suburb. Sereno Realtors Private Limited is just a small storefront. We have some chairs for people to sit and a table where we keep our registers. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we do. Most days involve a lot of walking around the neighborhood. Borivali East has a lot of trees and it’s a bit calmer than the west side, but it’s still Mumbai, so there’s always noise. The shop gets a bit of a breeze from the entrance. We keep a calendar on the wall with all our notes scribbled on it. It’s a very manual way of doing things, but it works. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who walk their dogs in the evening. It’s a friendly atmosphere in Godavari CHS. We aren't a big corporate firm with a marketing department. It’s just a few of us handling the daily chores of the business. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up. That’s just the way it goes. If you’re ever near Shantivan, you’ll probably see us sitting there with our tea. It’s a humble spot but we like it here. It is just a regular shop where we get things done.
