We are based in Jogeshwari East, in a place called Majas Village. Our office is in Building 7, Wing B, which is part of Cts 190-A. We are right near the Joge Vikh Link Road, so the location is actually quite central for getting around Mumbai, even if the traffic on the Link Road is usually a nightmare. The building is part of a larger complex and we’ve been here since we started Seorecap. We do a lot of SEO work, which involves sitting in front of screens for long hours checking rankings and links. Our office is a simple room with a few desks and some cupboards for our files. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a regular kettle and some biscuits for when we take a break. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy road, but it feels like home to us now. The neighborhood of Majas is a bit old-fashioned, and we like that it’s not too corporate or polished. Most of us take the bus or a rickshaw to get here, and we usually wrap up by six or seven before the local trains get too crowded. It’s a plain, functional space where we can focus on the technical details of our work without any unnecessary fluff or pretense from anyone.
