We have been working in this part of Mumbai for quite a while now. We mostly do development work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and trying to get all the right permissions to build. It is a long and slow process most of the time. We aren't a big, flashy company. Our office is just a plain room where we do our work and drink our tea. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on one project at a time. Being near the Tata Power House makes it easy for people to find us. We know the Borivali area very well and we like the people who live here. Construction and development can be a real headache with all the rules and the delays, but we have been doing it long enough that we don't get too bothered by it.
