Semaa Research Llp is located right near Kurla Terminus in Ghatkopar East. We are in building 203, which is Nilgiri in the Neelkanth Vihar complex on S.B.K Marg. Being so close to the station means there’s always noise and people moving around, which is just part of life in Mumbai. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle different kinds of research tasks. It’s not a huge place, but it fits us just fine for what we need. We started Semaa because we wanted to do research work that actually made sense to us and our clients. It’s not always exciting stuff—sometimes it’s just hours of looking up info—but it’s what we do. The neighborhood is busy, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some mornings. We usually just take the train anyway since we're so close to the terminal. Inside the office, it's pretty relaxed. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign outside. We just have our computers and plenty of notebooks scattered around. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how to stay out of each other's way when things get busy. If you know the Neelkanth Vihar area, you know it's a mix of residential and small offices. That's us. We're just a local research outfit trying to do a good job without making things too complicated for anyone involved. It’s just how we run things every day.
