Finding us at Selhurst Consultant Private Limited can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't familiar with Khar Danda. We are right opposite the Kai Anand Gym, in house number 73/3, Madhalapada. It's room 105. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and Khar West has a very specific energy. The streets are narrow and there’s always something happening right outside the door. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular space in a busy residential pocket. We mostly handle consulting work for people who live around here or have businesses nearby. It gets quite loud in the afternoons with the market noise and the gym-goers coming and going. We don’t have any slick receptionists or marble floors. It’s just a practical space where we sit and work on whatever projects are on the desk that day. Sometimes we have to move some furniture around just to fit everyone in for a meeting. Being in Madhalapada means we’re right in the thick of it. We see the same faces every day walking to the tarkari market. It feels more like a community than a business hub. We’ve been operating out of this room for a bit, and while it’s tight, it works for what we do. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. Most folks find us through word of mouth or by just bumping into us at the local shops.
