Seaswara Hotels and Hospitality LLP is based in Dahisar West, Mumbai. Our office is at Shop No 8 in the Anant Co-op Housing Society in Mhatre Wadi. We are right near Vaishali Industries, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Dahisar is right at the edge of Mumbai, so we get a mix of that city energy and a slightly slower pace compared to downtown. We started this hospitality company because we live in the area and wanted to do something for ourselves. It’s just a small shopfront where we manage our daily tasks. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It is just us and a couple of helpers. We handle everything from the cleaning schedules to the billing. It’s not glamorous work, and we often have long days, but it’s ours. We chose the name Seaswara because we liked how it sounded, nothing more complicated than that. Most of our work involves managing small hotels and guest houses in the nearby suburbs. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. We just try to be honest with people and do a fair job. If you come by the housing society, you’ll see our small office. It’s usually got someone inside working on a laptop or chatting with a visitor over some tea. We prefer keeping things local and straightforward because that is just who we are as people. It makes the long hours worth it.
