We are located at One BKC, specifically in the A Wing on the 14th floor. Being in Bandra Kurla Complex means there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. This place, Plot No. C-66 in G Block, is where we handle all our real estate work. It gets quite busy around here with all the traffic coming in from Bandra East. Our office isn't just a space; it's where we sit and talk about property deals all day long. Sometimes the commute into Mumbai City-400051 is a bit much, but that is just how things are here. We have been working from this spot for a while now. Most days involve looking at plans or answering phone calls about different plots and flats. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and try to help people find what they need in the city. The building itself is quite tall, and being on the 1401 side gives us a decent view of the other corporate blocks. It’s a lot of glass and concrete around here, but inside our office, things are more straightforward. We just focus on the realty side of things without making it too complicated. People come in, we have a tea or coffee, and we look at the papers. It is a regular office routine in the heart of Mumbai’s business hub, doing what needs to get done.
