Satchitananda Properties Llp

We are based out of Santacruz East, right in Prabhat Colony. Our space is Office Number 4 in the Shilpa building on 7th Road. It is a pretty quiet spot for the most part, though Mumbai always has some noise going on outside. We have been here at Satchitananda Properties Llp for a bit now, just handling the day-to-day work that comes with running a property business in this part of town. The office isn't anything too fancy, just some desks and chairs where we sit and get things done. Most days we are just answering the phone or looking at paperwork. 7th Road is easy enough to find if you know the area. We like being in Santacruz because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually live and work. There are a few shops nearby where we grab tea or snacks when we need a break from the screen. Sometimes the building gets a bit busy with other people coming and going, but we just keep to our own corner. It is a simple setup for us. We don't really go in for the big corporate style of doing things. It is more about just being here and doing the work that needs to be finished before we head home. The address 400055 is what we put on all our mail, and it has served us well so far. Nothing much more to it than that, really.
