Sarda Fresh Fruits Llp is located over on Nehru Road in Vile Parle East. We are up on the second floor of the Terminal 9 building, at suite 202. It's a busy area right near the airport, so there is always noise and movement outside the windows. We deal with fresh fruits, which means our days start very early, usually before most people are even awake. Dealing with produce is a lot of work because things can spoil if you aren't careful, so we have to stay on top of the inventory every single hour. We’ve been at this Mumbai location for some time now. It isn't a retail shop where you walk in to buy a single apple or a bunch of grapes; it’s more of an office and distribution setup for our business. The building is pretty modern, which helps with the logistics of moving fruit around. We have a small team here handling the paperwork and the sourcing side of things. Vile Parle is a good spot for us because of the transport links and being close to the main roads. Sometimes it gets stressful when shipments are late or the weather isn't helping the crop, but that is just part of the fruit trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to get good fruit to where it needs to go. We keep things simple and try to be honest about what we can do. It's a lot of phone calls and checking crates to make sure the fruit is what it should be. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
