SARATHIFC NIDHI LIMITED

We are tucked away on the third floor of the Ramdev Commercial building on Dr. Dalavi Road. It’s right in the middle of Kandiwali West, so it gets pretty hectic downstairs during the rush hour. SARATHIFC NIDHI LIMITED isn't a huge office. We have Flat No. C 304. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a while, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We work with a lot of the local residents and small business owners in Mumbai. Everyone is always in a hurry here, but inside our office, things move at a bit more of a human pace. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. If someone has a question, we just explain it as best as we can. Being in a city like Mumbai, you see all sorts of people. We’ve got regulars who come in every month like clockwork. The view from the third floor isn't much, just more buildings and the street below, but it’s home for us. We handle savings and small loans mainly for the people living in the surrounding apartments. It’s a simple setup with a few computers and a lot of paper files. We try to keep things organized, though it's a constant battle with all the folders. We like being part of the Kandiwali crowd. It’s a lot of work but seeing people reach their goals is a good feeling for us.
