We have been operating Sanoor Caterers Llp for a while now out of our spot in Andheri East. If you know the MIDC area, specifically Road Number 14, you've probably passed our building. We're right across from the Neel Kamal place, tucked in near where Star Rolling Shutter is. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, always something going on with the shops and offices around here. We handle a lot of food prep and catering work from this kitchen. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we get the cooking done and organize our deliveries for the day. Most days are pretty hectic, especially when we have big orders going out to different parts of the city. We started this because we liked feeding people, and it just grew into a full business over time. The team here is mostly local folks who know the neighborhood well. We don't spend much time on websites or big ads, we just focus on the orders we have on the whiteboard. Sometimes the traffic on the MIDC lanes makes things tricky for the drivers, but we manage to get things through somehow. If you are looking for us, just find the Neel Kamal building and we are right there. It’s a straightforward operation, nothing too complicated about it. We just keep our heads down and work. It gets hot in the kitchen but that’s just how it is. We’ve stayed in this Andheri spot because it’s central for our trucks and easy for the staff to get to every morning.
