Sanghvi Realtech Limited Liability Partnership is located in Ghatkopar West. Our office is numbers 601 and 602 on the 6th floor of Sanghvi Square. We are right on M G Road, which is pretty much the heart of the action around here. We are situated directly opposite the Bank of Baroda. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street, but you can still feel the buzz of Ghatkopar. We’ve been operating from this building for a while. It’s a practical workspace, not some fancy showroom. We don't use those polished scripts or corporate talk. We just handle real estate matters as they come. Most of our day is spent talking to people about local properties and keeping our listings updated. M G Road is always full of life, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a huge marketing team. It’s just us doing the work every day. We know the buildings in this neighborhood because we see them every time we walk to lunch. Our office is where we do the grit and work of the business. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep it simple and focus on what needs to be done.
