SAND AND STEEL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We have been operating out of Kandivali West for quite a long time now. Our main office is situated at 701 B-Wing in the Badshah's Resi building on Parekh Lane. It is right there near KES College, which makes it easy for most people to find us when they are in the neighborhood. We go by the name Sand and Steel Construction Private Limited. The name pretty much says what we do every day. We aren't some big corporate firm with thousands of employees and fancy brochures. We are just a group of people who know how to handle construction projects from start to finish. The office is usually a bit cluttered with rolls of plans and different samples of materials we use on the sites. It can get pretty noisy on Parekh Lane with the college students and the traffic, but we are used to it by now. Most of our mornings are spent on the phone or meeting with supervisors to make sure the steel and sand arrive at the sites on time. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just try to do the job we were hired for. Being in Mumbai 400067 means we are always busy because something is always being built or fixed around here. We just stay focused on the work at hand and try to be as practical as possible with every project we take on.
