Sanctus Developers Llp is located in Bandra West, which is a pretty lively part of the city to be in. Our address is 5 Roop Niketan, 559 S V Road. Being right on S V Road means there is always a lot of traffic passing by outside. Roop Niketan is one of those buildings that has been around for a long time. Our office is just a simple space where we handle all the day-to-day operations. It’s not a big corporate headquarters by any means. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets that are overflowing with papers. Bandra is a great place to work because there is so much energy around, though finding parking near S V Road is always a nightmare. Most of us just take the bus or a rickshaw to avoid the trouble. The office has a very casual feel to it. We don't wear suits or anything like that unless we really have to. There’s a small sandwich shop nearby that is our go-to for lunch. We like the fact that we are in a building with history. It’s a very human-scale operation here. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure everything is in order. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with piles of documents on the desks, but that’s just how we work. It is an honest place with a lot of noise.
