Our office is located at 5 Golden Palace on the ground floor. We are right at 191 Turner Road in Bandra West, which is a pretty famous street in this part of Mumbai. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to see everything happening outside on the sidewalk. Bandra is always moving, and Turner Road is no exception with all its shops and people. Our space is small but it works for what we need to do. We spend the day handling property inquiries and sorting through various documents related to local real estate. It’s not a high-tech setup, just a couple of computers and a printer that occasionally jams. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We don't use any big marketing slogans or try to act like we are something we aren't. We are just a local business trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to close the door tight, but usually, we like being part of the street level energy. We have our routine of morning tea and then getting straight into the paperwork. It is practical work and we just take it one day at a time. If you’re ever walking around Bandra West, you’ve probably passed by our building without even realizing it. We just keep our heads down and get on with the day.
