We are located at 501 Samarpan Complex in Chakala. That is right on the New Link Road in Andheri East. It is a very busy spot in Mumbai. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the traffic below, though you can still hear the constant horns honking. The office is a decent size. We have some metal cupboards for all our property files and a few long tables. It is a straightforward place. Most of our work is about helping people find property in the Andheri area. Chakala is full of offices and small factories, so there is always a lot of movement. We usually get to the office early to beat the worst of the traffic. The building is older, but it has a lift that works most of the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work and go home. Our staff knows the local geography really well. We spend a lot of time checking on property titles and making sure the registrations are done right. It's a lot of mundane stuff, but it's important. We have a small window that looks out towards the main road. It's interesting to see the city moving while we sit here and do our paperwork. It’s a typical Mumbai office life. We just take it one day at a time and try to be honest.
