Samadha Agro Food Processing Private Limited

Our office is at Sayaba Palace on New Mill Road in Kurla West. We are on the first floor in Shop Number 7, B-Wing. It’s right near the post office, which is handy for when we have to send out documents. Samadha Agro Food Processing Private Limited is the name we went with. Kurla is a very busy part of Mumbai, and the noise from the street never really stops. You can hear the rickshaws honking and people shouting all day long. Our space is filled with samples of grains and pulses. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in from the farms. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with open bags and scales sitting around. We don't have a lot of furniture, just the basics like chairs and a couple of sturdy tables. The building is a bit old, and the stairs can be quite dark when the lights are off. We handle everything from the sourcing to the basic processing. It’s a lot of manual coordination. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for an hour or two, and we just have to sit and wait. We aren't some high-tech firm. We are just people who know a bit about food processing trying to run a decent business. Every day is different, depending on what the suppliers bring us. It’s a bit chaotic, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Kurla.
