If you head over to the J Wing of the P 4 building in Vikhroli Park Site, you will find our office. Specifically, we are on Veer Sawarkar Marg at CTS No 1/7. It is a local area and we have been part of the Mumbai landscape here for some time now. Sakhaye Builders is a small operation, really. We don't have hundreds of employees or a massive glass building. We just have our space in the wing where we manage our construction work. Being in Vikhroli means we are right in the middle of a very residential part of the city, which suits the kind of building work we do. Most of our day is spent talking to laborers or checking on materials. It can get pretty noisy around here with the traffic on the Marg, but that is just part of living and working in Mumbai. We don't try to sound like something we are not. We are just builders who know this neighborhood well. Sometimes we have people dropping in to ask about progress or just to say hello. It is a very community-oriented spot. We handle the local building stuff, making sure things are done okay. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or supply issues, but we just keep at it. Our address on Veer Sawarkar Marg is easy to find if you know the Park Site area, so people usually just walk in.
