Saigenix Developers Private Limited

We started Saigenix Developers Private Limited a while back. Our office is over at 42, Plot No. 8 in Chembur, right there at Shiv Sadan on R C Marg. Most days we are just busy looking at plans or heading out to see how things are moving along on site. It gets pretty loud and dusty sometimes but that is just part of the work we do. Being in Chembur means we deal with the usual traffic and the heat, but we like it here. There are a few of us in the office most mornings, drinking tea and trying to get through the paperwork before the afternoon rush. We don't really have a fancy setup. It’s just a regular place where we get things done. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet goes slow when it rains, but we manage. People stop by to ask about plots or just to say hello if they live nearby. We’ve been at this for a bit now, learning as we go. Building things takes time and a lot of patience, more than most people realize. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who walks through the door at Aziz Baug. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies, making sure the trucks arrived where they were supposed to. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit chaotic during the busy season.
