Our office is in Shop-3 at Ferreira Apartment, right on Gamdevi Road. We are just opposite the Subway Village in Poisar, Kandivali West. It is a busy little corner of Mumbai to be working in. We handle building and development projects around the neighborhood. It is mostly just us keeping busy with local work and trying to get things done on time. People walk into the shop and we sit down to talk about what they need. It isn't anything fancy or high-end. We are just a small team of regular people who know a thing or two about construction. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud but we have gotten used to it over the years. We spend most of our time out on sites or looking at blueprints at the desk. Being in Kandivali means we know these streets very well. It feels like home to us. We do not have a big marketing department or polished presentations. We just focus on the practical side of building. You will see our sign if you are passing by the apartment building. We have seen this part of the city change a lot recently. It involves a whole lot of paperwork and dusty boots most of the time. That is just how the business goes for us. We are glad to be part of the local community here.
