Sai Saburi Constructions Private Limited

We run our business out of House R 1 in Amba Pada Village. It is located right on Mahul Road in the Chembur area. Sai Saburi Constructions Private Limited is a small team and we prefer it that way. We aren't tucked away in one of those shiny towers in the middle of Mumbai. We like being in the village area where things feel a bit more grounded. Chembur is a busy, crowded place, and there is always some kind of construction happening nearby. We do our part in that work every day. We have been at this specific address for a good while now. Our daily routine involves a lot of visiting sites and checking on our material supplies. It is not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the process of building. The air in Mahul can get a bit heavy because of all the industry around, but this is where we have set up our home base. We don't have a PR department or anything like that. If someone needs a building project managed, they usually just come and find us at House R 1. We keep our paperwork in order and try to keep the workers happy on the job. It involves a lot of back and forth with different suppliers. Sometimes the heavy monsoon rains slow us down, which is quite frustrating, but you just have to wait it out. We are just local construction guys.
