We are SAI AABHAS INFRA LLP, and you can find us in Khar West. Our office is actually Room Number 2 in a place called Kot Pada, right near Khar Danda. The house is known as Gulabanu House, number 396. It’s a very local, traditional part of Mumbai, not like the big glass towers you see in other parts of the city. We’ve been in this spot for a while. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the lanes of Khar Danda sometimes, but everyone knows where House 396 is. Being an infra company in such a packed neighborhood is interesting. We deal with projects all over Mumbai City, but this is where we come back to do the planning and the books. The room is small, just enough for some chairs and a table. It feels like a real part of the community here. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. It’s not quiet, but it’s home for the business. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything. Most of our clients just call us or we meet them at the job sites. Khar 400052 is a busy pincode. We like being close to the water and the old parts of Khar. It keeps us grounded. There’s always someone stopping by the door for a chat or to ask about what we’re building next. We are just a local team doing our thing from this room.
