Sabir Malik Developers Private Limited is based over in Andheri East. We have our office at 20/F1/104 in Sangharsh Nagar, right near the Chandivali Farm Road area. It is a busy part of Mumbai, and we have been working from this spot for a while now. We handle various development projects around the city, and it is usually quite a lot of work to keep everything moving. Our team is small, so you will often find us looking over plans or dealing with the paperwork that comes with construction in such a crowded place. We do not have a fancy corporate setup or a huge front desk. It is mostly just us in the office trying to make sure the jobs get finished on time. People from the neighborhood sometimes drop by to talk about local projects or just to see what is happening on the street. We know these roads pretty well and we understand how hard it can be to get things built in Mumbai with all the traffic and space issues. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as practical as possible. We are not interested in flashy talk; we just want to get the structures up and make sure they are done right. If you are ever around Sangharsh Nagar, you have probably passed our building. We are just local people doing our bit in the city, one day at a time.
