Sabari Lifespaces Private Limited

Our office is over in Deonar, near the bus depot. We’re in units 107 and 108 of Ujagar Chambers, right off the Sion Trombay Road. It’s a loud spot because of all the traffic and the buses constantly pulling in and out, but you get used to the noise after a while. The office itself is pretty simple, with some old desks and plenty of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t really go for anything flashy; we just need a place to manage our real estate work and talk to our site managers. There’s usually a lot of tea drinking and arguing over schedules in the mornings. Mumbai city is a busy place to do business, and things move fast around here. We spend a lot of our time dealing with paperwork and making sure the supplies for our lifespaces projects are arriving on time. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or heading out to check on a site. Sometimes the power cuts out for a few minutes, but we just wait it out and get back to it. Most people in the building know us by now, as we’ve been in this unit for quite some time. It’s just a normal workplace with real people trying to get things built without too much trouble.
