Saachi Krishna Estate Limited Liability Partnership is based in Kandivali East, specifically within the Thakur Complex. Our office is A001 in the E 3 building of New Highway Park CHSL. We are very close to the Avenue Hotel, which makes it an easy landmark for people trying to find us. Being on the ground floor is convenient because people can just pop in when they have questions about local property. The highway is nearby, so there is a constant hum of traffic that you just get used to after a while. Our office isn't very large, but it’s organized enough for us to handle all the estate work we do. We have some basic furniture, a few computers, and a small area where we can sit down with visitors to go over documents. Thakur Complex is a busy area with a lot of shops and houses, so there’s always something happening right outside our window. We spend our time checking on new listings, talking to residents, and helping people figure out the paperwork involved in real estate. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us on our toes. We don’t go in for big promises or fancy marketing; we just stick to what we know and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through the door. It’s just how we run things here, keeping it local and practical. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with paperwork, but we manage to stay on top of it.
