Rushi Accord Nidhi Construction Private Limited is located over in Vile Parle East. Our office is at 75 Patel House, right on the first floor at M.G. Crossroad. It’s a busy little area, and being in Vile Parle means we are right in the heart of a very active neighborhood. We spend our days mostly dealing with the various aspects of construction work around Mumbai. It’s a lot of coordination, talking to vendors, and making sure the guys on the ground have what they need. Our office isn’t fancy—it’s just a place with desks, chairs, and a lot of project files stacked up. We’ve been at Patel House for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside. Construction is one of those things where something always goes wrong, so we spend a lot of time fixing mistakes or figuring out better ways to get things done. We don’t go in for big marketing talk. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to make sure they get finished. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, or the supplies are late, but we just keep pushing through. It’s a regular local business run by people who live and work in the same community. We like the local vibe here and the fact that we can just get on with our jobs without too much fuss.
