Ruri Tea Private Limited

Ruri Tea Private Limited is based in the Powai area of Mumbai. Our office is in the B/207 wing of Sunrise in Raheja Vihar. It's a nice enough spot with a bit of greenery around the complex. We spend our days dealing with all things tea. The smell of different leaves is usually in the air when we are testing new batches. Working in 400072 means we are part of a busy suburb. We have a small team here that manages the sourcing and the packaging side of things. It’s mostly desks and shelves filled with tea tins. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just a functional space where we get things done. Sometimes we sit around the big table and try out different blends. The afternoon sun hits the windows quite hard. We have some files and computers, and a lot of tea mugs everywhere. It’s a pretty quiet office for the most part, except when the phones start ringing. Powai has grown so much lately, but our corner of Raheja Vihar stays fairly calm. We just focus on keeping the stock levels right and making sure the tea gets out to the shops on time. There are always samples being sent in from the gardens. We spend a good amount of time just tasting and writing down notes on the quality.
