Our office for Rsy Nidhi Limited is located in Vile Parle East, right in the heart of Mumbai. We are on the ground floor of Sunshine Apartments, specifically at Flat 2. It is on Tejpal Scheme Road 5, which is a fairly busy residential and commercial stretch. Being on the ground floor is convenient because people don't have to climb any stairs to get to us. The apartment was converted into an office, so it still has a bit of a homey feel to it. You can hear the sounds of the city outside—the rickshaws and people walking to the station. We have our desks set up in what used to be the living room. It is a tight space, but we make it work for the four of us who are here every day. Mumbai life is fast, but inside the office, we try to keep things calm so we don't make mistakes with the accounts. We get a lot of elderly people from the apartments nearby who come in to check on their money. We offer them a chair and a glass of water while we look things up. It’s a very Vile Parle kind of place—practical and straightforward. We don't have a big sign, just a small one by the door. We aren't looking to be famous, just to do our work properly for the people in the 400057 zip code.
