We are based out of the Shah Trade Centre over in Malad East. Our office is up on the 6th floor, so we get a decent view of the area, especially being so close to the Western Express Highway. You can always hear the hum of the cars and trucks moving along the highway from here. Rani Sati Marg is right outside, and it is a pretty well-known spot if you live around Malad. The building is a big commercial hub, so there is a lot of energy throughout the day. We have our desks set up and spend most of our time dealing with the usual property stuff that comes our way. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on site progress. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up and handle the business as it comes. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute a bit of a mess, but the office stays dry. We have been in the Shah Trade Centre for a bit, and the staff knows us well enough. It’s a practical place to work from if you are doing real estate in this part of Mumbai. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating the process for ourselves or anyone else who walks in. It is just a regular office where we get through the paperwork and talk to people every day.
