Royal Construction Engineers & Associates Private Limited is based right here in Kandivali West. We have our main spot at Flat No. 4 in the Charkop Four Flights society, specifically in Part II on Plot No. 241. It’s a busy area and we’ve been around for a while now. Most people around Charkop know where we are. It’s not a huge fancy office, just a practical space where we handle all our engineering and associate work. Being in a residential building like this makes us feel part of the neighborhood. We mostly deal with local projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with papers and drawings, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We didn't want to be in some glass tower far away. Kandivali is home. When we started Royal Construction, we just wanted a place to work on projects nearby. It’s easier for people to drop by and chat about what they need. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit from our window. There’s always something new going up around Charkop. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a local business run by local people who understand the ground reality here.
