Rover Estate Developer Private Limited is located in Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli East. We have a shop, number 29, on the first floor of the Ashok Nagar building. It’s right across from Building No. 12, so it is easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We are a small real estate development firm. Developing property in Mumbai is always a challenge because there isn't much space left and the rules are always changing. We spend a lot of our time dealing with paperwork and meeting with different people to make sure our projects can move forward. Our office is small and usually a bit cluttered with documents and maps of the local area. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people seeing our work and talking to us directly. Vikhroli is a place with a lot of history, and we have seen it change quite a bit over the last few years. We are just trying to contribute to that in our own way. We don't make any big promises about changing the world. We just want to develop properties that make sense for the people living here. It involves a lot of long meetings and back-and-forth with contractors. Sometimes it feels like we are moving slowly, but we prefer to do things right rather than rush into mistakes. It’s a lot of everyday effort and we just take it one project at a time as we keep moving.
