ROSWALT BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located at Singh Sadan in the Singh Housing Colony. We are right there in Oshiwara, Jogeshwari, just off S.V. Road. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’re right in the thick of it. Most of our work is about building things and managing construction projects around this part of Mumbai. Being on S.V. Road means there is always traffic and noise, but it makes it easy for us to get to different sites. Our office in Singh Sadan is where we do all the paperwork and meet with the foremen. It’s a local operation, and we know many of the families in the housing colony. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, look at the schedules, and try to make sure the buildings are going up the way they are supposed to. Some days are harder than others, especially when supplies are late or the weather isn't helping. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the sites to check on the progress. It’s a lot of grit and dirt, but that’s what building is. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and we just like to get our work done without much fuss. If you walk by Singh Housing Colony, you’ll probably see us coming or going with a bunch of plans under our arms. We just stick to the basics.
