Romell Realtor Developers LLP is based out of Vile Parle East. We have our little spot in the Gharkul CHS building on Azad Road. It’s specifically in 101, B Wing. If you know the neighborhood, it's pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve been working from this office for quite some time now. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we know the area well. We don't have those fancy glass walls you see in the big ads. It’s just a regular office where we talk about building and property. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some writing done. We try to be sensible with our projects. Building in Mumbai is always a challenge because space is so tight. We spend a lot of our time talking to neighbors and making sure the sites are okay. It’s not always easy work, and there are plenty of long days. We've got a lot of files piled up on the desks. We just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. It's a local business, really. We like being in Vile Parle because it feels like a real community. Most of our day is spent coordinating with contractors or checking on permits. It’s just what we do to keep the business going. We aren't looking for fame, just to do things right.
